Epoxy Resin Impregnation Line for CCL Prepreg – Horizontal Type
NTRY’s epoxy resin impregnation line is designed for the continuous production of high-quality prepreg used in copper clad laminates (CCL). This horizontal system is ideal for fiberglass cloths such as 7628 and 2116, ensuring precise resin pick-up and consistent coating across the full working width up to 1350mm.
Using mixed epoxy resin systems (acetone, butanone, DMF), the line supports adjustable resin content from 40–65% and maintains excellent dip uniformity at ±0.5%. With fully automatic electric-actuated temperature zones and hot air circulation ovens (100–230℃), the line ensures stable drying and consistent resin curing.
Operating speed ranges from 3–15m/min, with mechanical speed up to 18m/min, making it suitable for both pilot runs and high-volume production.
